The process to complain in the consumer courts of Odisha.

Post by Debasish Parida »

Hello sir,
I want to know about the process by which one consumer can complain in the consumer courts of Odisha. Can one person send his complaint to the consumer court by simply writing the complain in plain paper? Is any form available for this? How much fees required to apply?
