As per the guidelines of Supreme Court some rules must to be obeyed by the transport agency. Some of them are horizontal rods must be fitted across the windows. The doors must have proper locks and the speed of vehicle should be under 40 km/hr. The first aid box must present in all vehicles carrying school children and buses must have an attendant.
