Sorry for your misconception friend, I am an uses for this site and to clear you misconception I came across a profile and know him too from matrimonyoriya.com --- Bhabani mishra Deputy Collector for the Govt. of Orissa, I think you might also know him. And about matrimonyoriya.com will definitely not go in favour of your thought, since I do some analysis and found that even it is a google trusted site which have a page rank of 3 if you want it in IT terms within just 3 months of it's existence which I got from Whois record. That is quite phenomenal for a start-up to gain huge popularity in web competing with leader in matrimony and getting listed in First page in a 3 month span of time.

Sadly enough, I too agree we are backward in IT and related fields. But the matrimonial site is good. Needs much more improvements though; to compete with big brands.
