Every year in the months of September- October the Election comission of India gives the chance to all the voters for entry the names in voter list, to apply for new voter ID card or to do any type of changa in the existing voter ID card. At that time one can get his voter ID card from them. They give your Voter ID card at the respective pooling booths.
